Refund Policy

At SKINNOVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at skinnova761@gmail.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:  You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at skinnova761@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
